Leases are offered on farm only. A lease offers a less expensive option to be able to ride and care for  a horse or pony. Vet and farrier expenses remain the responsibility of the farm. We offer 1/4,  1/2 and full leases. 1/4 leases allow for one ride a week with access to the property for grooming, or just grazing 7 days a week. 1/2 leases allow for riding 3 days per week and access to the property 7 days a week for grooming or grazing. A full lease allows for unlimited access and riding based on the horses capabilities. Call for pricing.
